Martial arts are becoming increasingly popular and well-known.  In recent years, it has also found great popularity on social media and inspires hundreds of millions of people every day!  Boxing has been known for decades but in the last few years some martial arts like BJJ, Muay Thai and thus MMA have become very popular, but why is that so? 



 Why do so many people get excited about banging their heads and hurting themselves?

 The physical factor is of course also very important for a healthy and long life.  In martial arts training you train your stamina and also your muscles.  You get better coordination and body tension.  In addition, you can combine martial arts well with other martial arts or with the gym.
