Musclebuilding

Muscle building is an important aspect of life for many people. It can be good for the mental and overall health. In this blog I will discuss some basic and concepts for muscle building.

1Strength training:

Strength training is the best way to build muscle. By training with weights or your own body weight, the muscle cracks are set and built up.  To see good progress, it is important to exercise regularly.  Of course it depends on the time you have but you should train each muscle group twice a week.

2Nutrition:

A balanced diet is essential for muscle building. It is beside the training the reason why you get stronger and bigger muscles. You should try to eat at least 1.6 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight (about 0.7 grams per pound). Fats and carbohydrates are also important for your energy in the training but one of the most important things is water. Its very important because you can get cramps for example. Also its unhealthy in general because you need enough hydration for your brainfunction!

3Regeneration:

Regeneration is also important for muscle building. The Muscles need time to recover from the stress of training and to build up muscle. Sleep is very important for the regeneration (8 hours recomended) and if  you want to get loose of Sore muscles you can go for a walk. It helps with the bloodflow and your muscle will heal faster!

4Motivation and patience:

To build muscle and change your body you need patience and dicipline. Its not that easy to stay in your diet and workout regulary! If you dont see changes after 2 months maybe change a bit (for example; less calories/different exercises/etc.)

Conclusion:

Everyone can do it but it needs discipline patience. If you want to get in better shape or live healthier, its a great way to get there!
