Lose weight




Loosing weight is one of the most poplar topics in the fitness industry and many people try to do it. But not everyone accomplishes it. There are many myths about loosing weight but the thing i will talk about are working! Loosing weight and having a healthy lifestyle is not only good for your body but also for your mindset.

1 calorie less:
The best way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories than you burn.  By trying you can find out your daily consumption (you do not lose weight and do not gain). 1kg of fat it takes about 7,000kcal to burn!  Depending on how much and how fast you want to lose weight you can easily calculate it. Don´t eat too less of calories because of the jojo effect!

2Active sports
 and recreation:
Sport is a nice way to get loose of some fat! For overweight people it is good to start of with just cardio. Also just getting more steps every day helps. If you stay on your calories and do an extra activity you will start to loose weight. And if you combind it, it is even easier! For overweight people, jogging isn´t that good for the knees but you can cycle or swimm.

3 Tracking your calories:

Tracking the calories you consume is the most important thing because if you don´t, you don´t know if you are in a deficit! I would recommend to round up so you won´t eat to much. Apps that are good and easy to use: Lifesum and Myfitnesspal

4 water to drink:
A trick many people use to not eat to much, is to drink a whole glass of water before your meal!

5 enough sleep:
While your sleeping, your body is regenerating. You burn a lot of calories while sleeping and sleeping less isn´t healthy in any way! Try to sleep between 7-10 hours. If you sleep more you will have a lack of energy the whole day!


Application:

There
 are many effective ways to lose weight. A combination of a low-calorie diet, regular physical activity, enough sleep, and reducing stress can help you lose weight. Be patient and stay on track! Its important to trust the process.
